I like the fact that it automatically adjusts its suction power to the surface.
I have owned the Q7 Max for a few weeks now and am very satisfied so far.
The delivery was fast as usual.
It was packed in several boxes, so well protected from transport damage.
The installation was ok, download the app and connect to the W-LAN, at first it didn't want to work, but after a few attempts it did.
The next step was to load the app and the first journey could begin.
The first journey creates a map of the apartment, area or similar. This worked well.
It increases the suction power on carpets.
The volume is pleasant and the general suction power can all be adjusted via the app.
It vacuums very quickly on normal floors, takes a little longer on carpets and "difficult" obstacles, but everything is within reason. As it does not have a camera, obstacles may not be recognized directly and it "touches" them. The "touches" are very gentle and nothing is messed up. My dog was also not recognized directly, but fortunately this was also only a gentle nudge without any injuries.
Super thing, great cleaning aid, super quality at a good price. I am very satisfied and can recommend it to others.
Wanted the robot for my birthday. And it was definitely one of the best presents!
Everything you need was in the box. And bang - charging station connected, vacuum ready to go and off we go! 😀
The mapping works great, here and there you have to rework it manually - but then you have a great floor plan.
"Saugbert" always does his job to our complete satisfaction. He leaves at 10 a.m. on the dot every day and removes dust, dog hair and crumbs. He is allowed to mop once or twice a week. I mix a dash of all-purpose cleaner into the tank. Only very, very little. It works really well.
The battery life is perfectly adequate.
It gently bumps into obstacles and then avoids them.
The volume is fine. For us, it vacuums in normal and turbo mode.
Unfortunately, Saugbert was reluctant to connect via the Roborock app, so it is controlled via the Xiaomi app. It works really well. The app is great.
It's great that it parks perfectly even in a narrow space. Some people have problems with that.
I originally wanted a suction station. I'm glad we don't have one. So Saugbert can live under the stairs to save space. We have to empty the dust bin 1-2 times a week - that's doable. 🤭
