Roborock Q7 Max+ Robot Vacuum Cleaner
【7 Weeks Hands-Free Cleaning】The automatic emptying Dock Pure clears the robot vacuum cleaner automatically after cleaning, so you don't have to do it manually or frequently. With its 2.5-liter dust bag, it can store dirt for up to 7 weeks.
【Powerful 4200Pa Suction for Deeper Cleaning】The Q7 Max+ boasts an incredible maximum suction power of 4200Pa, effortlessly picking up dirt and pet hair from the floor, pulling them out of crevices, and then sucking them out of carpets. When a carpet is detected, it automatically increases its suction to the maximum for deep cleaning.
【Dual Cleaning Capability】The robot vacuum cleaner and mop simultaneously remove fine dust that may be overlooked when vacuuming alone. The Q7 Max+ is equipped with an electronic pump that provides 30 levels of water flow, allowing you to customize the cleaning based on your floor type and preference.
【Smarter Cleaning with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation】Highly accurate LiDAR navigation creates precise maps of your home, tracks cleaning routes effectively, unlocks various intelligent cleaning functions, and can even be viewed in 3D. You can also add furniture and floors to virtually recreate your home.
【Combined Trash Bin and Water Tank】By combining a 470ml trash bin and a 350ml water tank, both are enlarged, allowing you to clean more without needing to empty or refill.
【Upgraded Brush System】The robust rubber brush can resist hair tangling, making it ideal for dealing with long hair and pet hair. It has four motion planes to get close to the ground, thus providing more effective cleaning on uneven surfaces.
It was absolutely the right decision to buy a suction robot. We already had one years ago that didn't convince us. However, a lot has changed over the years. And this model is perfect for us. We can set individual programs via the app and also start it remotely.
The vacuum cleaner doesn't get into the corners - but with regular use, less dust collects there.
The mopping function - I wouldn't call it that. For me, this function is an additional and safe dust remover. If we want to mop properly (including removing stains), we still have to do it ourselves.
But how often do you mop when you vacuum every day and it's otherwise clean :)
Now that's what I call a robot vacuum cleaner. Unpack, set up, plug in, download the app, set up and off you go. First, the room is measured by laser and an exact map is created. Then it's time for the first round; no more annoying "banging against the furniture" and a logical descent of the area to be cleaned. Then it's back to the station with pinpoint precision. There, the dirt container is emptied automatically and the robot reloaded. In a nutshell: 100 points across the board. A sophisticated system is really being sold here.
This is already my second robot vacuum. The first one from another brand was unfortunately defective.
Setting it up was no problem and quick. Download the app, set up the Wi-Fi and it was ready to explore the rooms. I noticed straight away that it gets stuck much less (not at all, actually). I could never get into the living room with my old one because the threshold was too high. Now I can clean the whole apartment.
The battery lasts a very long time. I vacuum about 80 square meters twice for a good result. It does that easily and I think it still has plenty of battery left afterwards
I use the mop once a week. Unfortunately, it pulls itself off the mop and it then lies on the floor. It's also annoying that you have to wet the cloth beforehand. I think it would be better if it got a real load of water on it once at the beginning and then it's fine. In the bathroom I have set the maximum humidity and you can also see the water film on the tiles. Unfortunately, the robot probably doesn't apply enough pressure to really clean. But the result is impressive.
All in all, I am very satisfied so far. I hope it lasts a long time.
The Roborock moved into my 100m2 apartment a few weeks ago and I can no longer imagine life without it. It vacuums hard floors and carpets very thoroughly (pet hair + crumbs + dust = no problem). The mopping function is also perfectly ok and sufficient for me. I quickly mop small corners that the Roborock can't reach by hand. It saves me an incredible amount of time. I am mega happy with the Roborock.
After our VR200 sporadically went on strike and a repair put the economic efficiency in question, we decided against the Vorwerk-dominated household for the Roborock q7 Max.... and... completely thrilled so far! Price performance TOP, software and hardware, spare parts costs..... nothing negative so far, compared to the VR200 VR300 only in carpet cleaning not quite as good, but still great result. The mopping function is also useful.
So far, we have not regretted "going out" for over 1/5 of the price of a new VR.
